Initial Comprehensive Wellness Package (includes 2 visits, wellness notebook, individualized treatment plan): $165

Return visits range in price from $45-$95 depending on the length of the visit. A 30 minute follow-up at $70 is the most common. Please call for more information.

Acute/Uncomplicated Initial Visits: Please contact the office for pricing.

Phone consultations are billed similarly to office visits.

Prices for standard and specialty lab tests vary depending on if your insurance will cover them or if you will be paying me directly. It is your responsiblity to check with your insurance carrier to see if they will cover particular specialty lab tests.
