Current Fees

Initial Wellness Visit (Adult): $120
Initial Wellness Visit (Child 10 and under): $95

Return Visits: $45-$95 depending on the length of the visit.
Your second visit is usually $70 and lasts 30-45 minutes.

Acute/Uncomplicated Initial Visits: Please contact the office for pricing.

Phone Consultations: Billed similarly to office visits.

Lab Testing: Prices for standard and specialty lab tests vary depending on if your insurance will cover them or if you will be paying me directly. It is your responsiblity to check with your insurance carrier to see if they will cover particular specialty lab tests.
